Shawarma brings people to the counter. Control is what keeps the counter investable.

A good product can hide weak operations for a short time. It cannot protect a branch from poor purchasing, staff drift, broken close-down routines, or confused distribution language.

  • Control means the branch can explain its own numbers.
  • Control means the operator knows what changed before the investor asks.
  • Control means the manager can fix the shift without changing the brand promise.

AFFAREM exists to make that control visible. Without visibility, the company is asking for belief. With visibility, it can ask for judgment.
